Canary Block Condos is coming soon to the Canary District Master Planned Community located in the West Don Lands by Dream Development and Kilmer Van Norstrand Co. Limited. Kilmer Van Nostrand "primarily invests in construction, brownfield, electronics, technology, infrastructure, real estate, gaming, sports, media, and entertainment sectors". They involve themselves in projects that will "improve the fabric of Canada and the communities in which its infrastructure and real estate divisions Kilmer Developments and Kilmer Brownfield operate".
